Xinjiang Kashi Court Accepted A Case Of A Textile Company Suing Zheng Guoen'S Reputation Right
On April 2, 2021, Kashgar intermediate people's court accepted the case of Xinjiang Shache Xiongying Textile Co., Ltd. suing Zheng Guoen's reputation right dispute. The person in charge of Shache Xiongying Textile Co., Ltd. told reporters that Zheng Guoen, a German writer, fabricated and distorted the facts and slandered the "forced labor" of the enterprise, which seriously damaged the company's reputation and caused serious economic losses to the company. The company asked the court to order Zheng Guoen to stop the infringement, eliminate the influence, restore his reputation, apologize and compensate for the loss of the enterprise.
